Let’s align ourselves to boost your success
The virtues of alignment
We firmly believe that when the members of a project align their ideas and actions, then their efficiency and success reach new heights.
That’s why Luy Resources, founded in 2016, chose a name that evokes two rivers in south-west France, which flow down from the Pyrenees, aligning their trajectories before merging and becoming one of the main tributaries of the Adour!
Our DNA is to work with our customers to find a roadmap shared by all to maximise the success of the business.
The Luy Resources team brings an outside perspective and a fresh eye to sometimes isolated managers, complemented by proven experience of numerous growth situations and often by a good knowledge of the markets thanks to its extensive network.
One name.
Two careers.
One motivation.
Eric in a nutshell
After a decade in the mineral resources sector, followed by another ten years with a major oil company, Eric Déliac has increasingly engaged with stakeholders across all sectors of low-carbon energy: hydroelectricity, nuclear, solar, wind, geothermal, and more.
Over the past ten years, his professional projects have been linked to initiatives contributing to the energy transition. In line with this vision, he transformed his home into a positive-energy building using photovoltaic and thermal solar panels.
Eric Déliac is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris. He also holds a PhD in rock physics and a DEA in mineral engineering.
Elvire in a nutshell
She operates in the fields of innovation, project management, and support. Her extensive international experience has enabled her to develop a deep understanding of diverse cultures and collective intelligence.
As a certified coach, Elvire supports leaders and teams in overcoming organizational transformation challenges, emphasizing collective intelligence and change management.
Elvire employs techniques such as co-creation and design thinking to foster innovation and facilitate project management, particularly in the energy and technology sectors. These methodologies encourage collaboration and user-centric solutions, leading to more effective and innovative outcomes.
His extra tips
After extensive experience serving large corporations, Eric Déliac founded Luy Resources to share his knowledge and expertise with smaller structures, ranging from start-ups to mid-sized companies (ETIs). The common thread in his actions is the pursuit of profitable growth levers and the implementation of realistic roadmaps with quantifiable objectives.
These growth levers can take various forms, such as technological innovation, business models, market approaches, or client strategies (notably concerning key accounts).
Her extra tips
Elvire adopts a pragmatic approach, combining attentive listening to clients’ needs with expertise in software development and IT consulting.
She recently co-authored a book on a subject close to her heart: workplace well-being, aiming to improve the daily lives of men and women.
From pure technology to collective fulfillment at work, a daily commitment.
In the early part of his career, Eric Déliac focused on technology, which led to a doctoral thesis, a series of articles and publications, and co-authoring a reference work, “Comprehensive Rock Engineering.”
His aim was to share his knowledge and apply a technical approach to achieve significant productivity gains for rock excavation machinery, such as tunnel boring machines and drills.
This endeavor also embodied the principle of networking with co-authors from prestigious centers of excellence.
After a journey that led her from marketing to corporate coaching, Elvire Déliac has co-authored a book published by Éditions L’Harmattan.
Titled “Bien-être au travail : Comprendre et s’exercer,” this work invites readers to gently explore their well-being, better understand the collective environment, and ask the right questions to progress, all while having fun. It’s a true boost for anyone seeking to combine work and personal fulfillment! (Éditions L’Harmattan)
